We believe that philanthropy is not sustainability. By cultivating creative opportunities and equity, we empower communities to build long-term success and resilient, sustainable growth.

A research-driven and AI-powered initiative dedicated to empowering individuals by identifying and addressing their critical needs in housing, health, education, and economics. By meeting people where they are, we guide them toward their fullest potential, fostering growth and resilience from the ground up. Using this data from their healing, we’ll create economic opportunities that each individual will own.

Taking Action in a AI Data-Driven Economy to Build Communities Health and Wealth.

  Human Elevation along with its technology division ∑lemental Measure, are the research partner behind HopeCity, on Equity and Sustainability Research Project.  The initiatives addresses local and national sustainability challenges by implementing symbiotic solutions that build a knowledge base and develop technological innovations tailored to critical local needs.  Our mission is to lift people out of poverty and foster economy rooted in shared prosperity through technology.

1st - We Learn by Measuring:

We start by assessing the community's challenges to understand where individuals stand in relation to achieving the highest standards outlined in our Quality of Life Index. As stewards, we engage, serve, and collaborate with the community to foster mutual support and sustainability. By empowering individuals with the tools to exchange economic value within the local economy, we help elevate their well-being and create lasting impact.


2nd - We Earn by Serving:

Our research partner, Human Elevation, provides data governance and creates ethical economic opportunities by helping communities establish community-owned businesses and facilitating the exchange of anonymized data with local and large corporations. These corporate partnerships enhance quality of life for all participants. As a hub for data, market research, and economic insights, we empower corporations and communities to create lasting impact.

3rd - We Return by Investing:

We reinvest the value generated from our data into the community by creating a HopeCity Economic Fund, owned by the community, to provide resources, loans, and micro-financing for shared businesses and economic opportunities.

​​By developing locally owned businesses—such as banks, grocery stores, theaters, wellness centers, and coffee shops—the community builds a self-sustaining ecosystem that supports local commerce and exchanges value with larger corporations. These collaborations drive growth, empower members to share in benefits, and foster long-term collective prosperity.

HopeCity is designed to become a community driven by measurement, data, service, and hope. Our global programs for urban and regional economic growth will be powered by the community-owned Investment Fund. By leveraging the collective data intelligence, health, and purchasing power of our community members, we ensure that every action and outcome empowers individuals to grow, create, contribute, and connect.
